The Los Angeles Times is looking to hire an audience engagement editor to help us cover the federal government and the 2020 campaign from our Washington bureau.
We’re searching for a multimedia journalist who is a self-starter and is passionate about helping our political journalism reach its largest possible audience. You will be part of the digital transformation of our newsroom and a reorientation of The Times around our most important mission: serving our readers.

This position is classified as Multiplatform Editor-Audience within the Los Angeles Times Guild and is based in our Washington, D.C., bureau. Occasional night and weekend work is required.
